This person said she was a CNA and spoke English but when I asked her simple questions she said she would not answer. When I asked additional questions in Spanish I discovered she is not a CNA but has some sort of certificate. She says her husband speaks English for her but obviously, he won’t be here. This would be a major safety concern on my job but if you speak Haitian Creole she may be the right fit for you! I’m just disappointed she would respond to my ad and lie.
