I believe in open communication, kindness, and building trusting relationships with both children and parents. I enjoy working with kids because being able to support their growth, encourage their confidence, and create a positive, nurturing environment is incredibly rewarding to me. I love knowing I can make a difference in their daily lives while helping them feel safe, valued, and supported. I began working with children over five years ago and have gained years of experience that have allowed me to care for children of various ages, support daily routines, and provide reliable care in both home and group settings. My top three childcare skills are creating a safe and nurturing environment, being patient and adaptable, and planning engaging, educational activities.
