Unprofessional and unresponsive. Wasted an entire Saturday and canceled my plans so our son could meet Brianna. She never answered my text and left us hanging, knowing that we're eagerly looking for someone. These were set plans after she canceled on us for being sick. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and scheduled her for a second time. Definitely wouldn't recommend Brianna. Thank god we dodged a bullet.
