About Brianna

I am experienced in childcare as I have 4 children of my own ranging from ages 0-14 years old! :) I began paid babysitting prior to becoming a parent as well as cared for cousins, nieces and nephews regularly throughout the years. I worked at a daycare center as a Lead Teacher in the toddler room (age 3 years; ratio 1(me):12(3-year-olds) and infant room (birth to 12 months; ratio 1:4, and floated around each room/age group as necessary. Recently, I worked as a certified RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) teaching children diagnosed with ASD ages 2-18 years old. My experience includes teaching a combination of academic, life and social skills within a facility and natural settings. I created curriculums, learning opportunities, crafts, and charts regularly. I have experience as a counselor supervising scheduled youth camps and leading group activities with multiple children of various ages. I've worked with nonverbal children and am familiar with speech devices and some ASL.
