Hello! I am looking for summer tutoring positions and am open to extending into the school year! I am graduating from UW with my MA in Middle Eastern Languages and Culture, and have a BA in Linguistics and Arabic. I have professional experience as a teacher and tutor since 2019 and experience prior to that as a tutor throughout high school and college. I have experience in a environment as well as in the general ed classroom from 4th grade through 12th grade. I also have experience at teaching at the university level as I taught Arabic at Seattle University and served as a teaching assistant/grader for a variety of courses at UW. I can offer tutoring in languages (especially Arabic and Turkish), ELA, social studies/humanities, math up to algebra 2, some sciences, and a variety of electives. I love to individualize my instruction for each student and integrate student interests into the subject matter we are learning. Let me know if you have any questions!
