I'd describe my personality as adaptable, dedicated, and honest. I like working with kids because they deserve a village of carers because life is difficult and there is so much for them to learn and enjoy. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old and then at 15 I was hired on with the school district as an after school program leader. I currently work at RPS205 and I have a bachelors in psychology. In my spare time, I like to read, run, and volunteer in my congregation. I have a 10-year-old son who is very adventurous so we share a lot of activities together as well! One thing you should know about me is that I approach everything I do with the utmost respect for others and accountability to myself. My skills include listening to discern their needs and true concerns, using positive reinforcement to influence good behavior, and that I am stable in providing care because I believe consistency is what allows a child to feel safe and secure to do their best.
