With five years dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, I'm passionate about fostering their well-being and independence. My background includes 7 years of phlebotomy/Medical Assiting, Nursing home and rehabilitation center experience while also being a Certified Home Health Aid with current CPR Training. In previous roles, I've gained positive experiences that solidified my desire to make a real difference in people's lives. I'm compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of clear communication, so I provide verbal updates and written daily reports, always respecting a family's preferred method. Building a connection means understanding each person's care plan and preferences, respecting their independence while ensuring they feel supported. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion with patience, and incorporate memory care activities when needed. I'm available for transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
