About Bridget

Hi Families! I am a 21-year-old college student. I am looking to start working with families in the area. I have plenty of experience working with children from babysitting family and church members and working as a Youth Counsellor at summer camps where we serve children from the ages of 5-13. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, observant, and nurturing. I like working with kids because they are a beacon of light, and each child has their own unique personality that is exciting to learn about. I'm looking for a role that allows me to have a flexible schedule as I am a college student and in close proximity to me. Working with a family that prioritises communication and willing to foster a relationship is important to me as well. I started working with kids as young as nine when my little brother was born and have babysat neighbours and have professional experience with children when I turned 17.
