Not hourly. FLAT RATE. Currently looking to schedule a few new clients. Everyone is kept on a set calendar, and I charge a flat rate per home (not by the hour). The flat rate covers detailed cleaning as well as gas and vehicle maintenance. I bring my own equipment and products that leave a clean, fresh smell instead of a chemical one. I'm consistently consistent in my routines and I work alone. I handle homes up to 5, 000 sq. ft. and still do - including the details like toasters, blenders, lamps, picture frames, and knickknacks. Once a home has been deep cleaned, regular cleanings usually take 2-2. 5 hours. I send confirmation texts a day or two before each cleaning, and I never miss a cleaning (though I'll always update with an ETA if I'm running behind). I'm not a "babysitter cleaner" ... I'm thorough, detailed, and reliable. I have wonderful references available. **I work only in smokeless, vapeless homes.
