About Bridget

With a pharmacy and healthcare background, I bring a strong understanding of both the physical and emotional sides of caregiving. I currently help seniors make informed Medicare decisions that support their health and financial goals. Providing support, companionship, and advocacy to those in need is my passion. I deeply respect seniors and love hearing their stories. Helping them maintain dignity and independence is a true joy and privilege. I've volunteered with children, people with disabilities, and seniors, and was the primary caregiver for my father-in-law for nearly 10 years. From supporting ADLs, managing medications, and coordinating care to preparing meals and offering conversation, I provide thoughtful, compassionate support.
