Isabella was excited to start with our family, planned a start date, and contacted us to change that start date last minute. Set a new start date, Isabella confirmed new date and time the morning of, and then no showed. I messaged her about 20 minutes after she was supposed to be here, and was told it wouldn't work out. Would not recommend. Finding childcare is stressful enough, the added stress of hiring someone, to just not show up is not needed.
