I offer respectful non-medical adult companionship and lifestyle support. This includes transportation, errands, shopping, walks, conversation, check-ins and motivation, organization, medication reminders, simple light meal preparation, and everyday activities. I bring a calm, judgment-free presence and value mutual respect and clear communication. I am neurodivergent-friendly and have experience supporting neurodivergent children and preteens in daily routines, activities, socialization, promoting independence, and emotional support. I enjoy helping adults feel supported, motivated, and less alone in everyday life. I am allergic to most dogs but am cat-friendly. I provide companionship and lifestyle support only and do not offer personal hygiene or toileting care.
