About Brittany

Hi there! I'm a mom of three (ages 9 months, 6, and 10) and a nurse with 12+ years of experience. Over the past three years, I've worked closely with children of all ages in my nursing role, while also raising my own. I'm hoping to find a long-term position where I can bring my baby along for healthy peer interaction and the chance to grow up with friends. My childcare style is screen-free, hands-on, and nurturing. I believe kids learn best when they're active, engaged, and encouraged to explore the world around them. I use redirection and gentle guidance, and I always aim to create a safe, fun, and loving environment. With infants, I focus on connection-lots of cuddles, books, songs, and sensory play-while following AAP safety guidelines. With toddlers and school-age kids, I love outdoor adventures, scavenger hunts, crafts, reading, and age-appropriate responsibilities that help build independence and confidence.
