About Brittney

Hi, my name is Brittney. I started working with children during my senior year of high school as an after-school teacher at a local daycare. Since then, I've continued working with kids in education & recreation settings, including as a Substitute Teacher for Hillsborough County Schools & a Recreation Leader with the City of Tampa Parks & Recreation Department. I have an Associate's degree in Elementary Education and am currently finishing my Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies & Community Leadership. I'm patient, creative, and reliable, & I enjoy planning engaging activities while maintaining a safe, supportive environment. I'm also a mom-my daughter recently went off to college-so I understand how important it is for parents to trust the person caring for their child. In my spare time I enjoy creative projects, spending time outdoors, & being with family. I'm looking for a role where I can build a positive relationship with a family and support children as they grow and learn.
