I spoke with Brittni on the phone and scheduled a time for her to meet my mom and do a day of training as her caregiver before working on her own. Brittni did not show up and never gave a reason why. I called and texted her to follow-up and never got a response. Would not recommend due to poor communication and being unreliable. We rely on a caretaker showing up on time and communicating with us as my Dad still needs to go to work.
