About Brooke

Hi! My name's Brooke D. and I'm 24yrs old. I have been working with children for going on 4yrs. My passion for childcare developed early on, as my mother has had an in-home daycare since I was 4. I began helping and babysitting as young as 12 and have held down alternative jobs, mainly in the service industry, over the years while still pursuing childcare. I currently work full time nights as a bartender, but am looking to lean into a full time nanny position, ideally focusing on afternoon and evenings. I have a strong passion for early childhood education and development and enjoy being a hands on caretaker and educator. I consider myself to be hardworking and reliable, and prioritize clear communication with the parent(s). I have experience with children ages 6mo-5yrs of age and encourage and facilitate age appropriate activities. I am ideally looking for a position to start in the new year. I am CPR certified and have a clean background check through Sterling Solutions.
