I've always had a passion for working and helping children. Even at 9-10 year's old, when I volunteered to help out at my church during Sunday school. I volunteered at my church for 3 years. I started as a mother's helper, in the summer of 2003. I helped parents in my neighborhood for the afternoon or for events. I started babysitting when I was around 12-13 years old for my neighbors who at the time were 9 and 6 years old. I babysat my neighbors kids for 2 and half years. I have babysat toddlers and children from between ages 1 1/2 to 12 years old. I love reading to the younger children and helping them learn how to read and write their name and other things. My favorite activities to play with the children, that most of the children like is playing school or house. I have also helped the older children with their homework, if they needed it. I haven't had any bad babysitting experiences in the past 5 years, babysitting children or with the families.
