We hired Bruna for one night of babysitting while we attended a wedding reception, and she was wonderful from start to finish. Beforehand, she offered to FaceTime with us to connect and answer questions, which immediately put us at ease. She asked thoughtful questions to get to know our daughter and our routine. While watching our daughter, Bruna kept great communication—sending timely updates and making sure we felt comfortable throughout the evening.
