Hi there! I'm Cairan - a Wellness Nanny with over 15 years of childcare experience and a background in health and wellness. I like to combine nurturing care with mindful movement, nutrition, and fun! My experience ranges from newborns to teens, and I've also worked as an athletic coach, personal trainer, and nutrition coach in tandem to my childcare experience. I love keeping kids active-whether that's swimming, sports, outdoor play, or creative fitness games. With my background in healthcare and nutrition, I'm confident supporting families who value balanced meals and healthy habits. I'm also a STEM major who can help with English, Spanish, Math, and Science homework. My goal is to create a positive, growth-focused environment where kids feel cared for, confident, and excited to move and learn!
