About Caitlan

I've always been passionate about working with children. I'm have been currently working with autistic children as an RBT but I also have many cousins that are younger who are not on the spectrum who I do babysit and interact with on many different occasions. My calm demeanor, friendly nature, and ability to think on my feet ensure a nurturing and engaging environment for children. I believe in open communication with parents, and I'm happy to follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or address any issues that may arise. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I'm always up for a fun and educational activity with the children in my care. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and structured environment. I'm also willing to help with carpooling and light housekeeping. I also have my own car
