Caitlin is an absolutely amazing nanny!! For the past year, she has been our full-time nanny for our daughter, who was 3 months old when she started. She also occasionaly watches our son, who was 2 years old when she started and usually goes to preschool. My daughter, who is more shy, warmed up to her right away, and my son is always so excited to see her. We all love her and consider her part of our family! We are so sad that we can't have her continue as our nanny because we are moving away for me to start my new job as a pediatrician. Caitlin is super reliable, fun, nurturing, trustworthy, and communicative. She has a natural gift for incorporating age-appropriate teaching throughout the day. She also has great judgment when it comes to saftey and discipline. I give Caitlin my whole-hearted recommendation as your future nanny or babysitter!
