Hi, I'm Caitlin! I'm a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny with over 10 years of childcare experience. I'm passionate about creating safe, structured, and joyful environments where children feel seen, supported, and confident as they grow. While it's easy to find someone to simply watch a child, my approach goes deeper. I'm intentionally invested in supporting healthy emotional and neurological development, especially during early childhood when attachment, regulation, and coping skills are forming. I hold a college degree, an CPR certified and have supported families both in full-time nanny roles and alongside long-term professional employment.
