About Caitlyn

I am a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible individual with over 12 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. My background includes working in daycares, serving as a camp counselor, babysitter, and Mommy & Me instructor, as well as spending two years as a teacher's assistant. In addition to my childcare experience, I also have experience caring for elderly individuals, including those with Alzheimer's disease. This has strengthened my patience, empathy, and ability to provide calm, supportive care to people of all ages and needs. I have taken numerous child development courses and hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which gives me a deep understanding of both child and adult development, behavior, and emotional well-being. I also make it a priority to follow household rules and respect each family's routines, values, and parenting preferences. I treat every child with kindness, respect, and genuine care.
