About Caiyan

From a young age, I've felt called to work with children. My first babysitting course at 13 sparked a passion that's only grown. Now, with nine years of experience, I'm completing my degree in communication sciences and disorders from SU, aiming to become an elementary speech therapist. I'm patient, creative, and love engaging with kids on their level - whether it's playing in the mud, singing silly songs, or making chores fun with a dance party. As a former camp counselor, I enjoy leading outdoor activities and teaching independence. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing educational games. I communicate openly with parents, sharing daily updates and seeking their advice when needed. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, ages 0-12+, and I can assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision.
