Patient - I stay calm and understanding, especially in challenging or high-stress situations, and I take the time to listen and respond thoughtfully. Creative - I enjoy finding fun, engaging, and imaginative ways to connect, solve problems, and keep things positive. Dependable - I can be trusted to show up on time, follow through on responsibilities, and provide consistent, reliable support. I like working with kids because I enjoy supporting their growth, creativity, and confidence while being a calm, reliable presence they can feel safe around. I haven't professionally worked with other children, but I have extensive hands-on experience caring for my younger siblings, which has taught me responsibility, patience, and adaptability.
