About Camilla

It's my genuine desire to support the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My journey into caregiving stems from eight fulfilling years spent caring for my parent with Alzheimer's, while simultaneously working in healthcare administration. After a brief retirement, I realized my passion lies in providing direct, compassionate care. For the past three years, I've been honored to assist seniors with various health issues, including Alzheimer's and dementia. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes. I have a college tech degree and have been CPR certified. I offer transportation, run errands, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. Building trust is key, and I always respect a senior's independence, preferences, and boundaries. I communicate with families using their preferred method.
