Hi there! I'm Cara, and I'm excited to offer high-quality, reliable childcare to families in the area. I bring decades of babysitting experience along with a Master's in Psychology & 8 years of professional work as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My background has given me extensive experience with both typical & neurodivergent children, from infants up to young adults. Over the years, I've supported children with a wide range of needs, personalities, and learning styles. I specialize in creating calm, structured, and engaging environments where kids feel safe, supported, and understood. I'm comfortable with everything from baby care & developmental support to managing behavior plans, helping with routines, & providing fun, developmentally appropriate activities.
