I know how much a helping hand can mean when you are caring for a loved one. I have had many years in the caring professions. I started out as a veterinary technician and did that for roughly 10 years. I then went on to get my 200 hour yoga teacher training certification and taught chair and gentle yoga classes at the senior center. My youngest child is disabled and I care for him many hours a day. Most recently, I got my CNA (certified nurse assistant) to be able to better care for him and now I would like to offer my skills to other families. I am compassionate and willing to do many care tasks. Please consider having me as part of your home team :) In my spare time, I like to hike, meditate, learn new things about nature, dance, sing, play piano, do arts and crafts, hang out with my kids and laugh with friends. I am eager to please and like feedback which is thoughtful and kind.
