About Caren

I'm a recent University of Oklahoma graduate with a B. S. in Psychology and am currently on a gap year preparing for medical school. My ultimate goal is to become a Maternal and Fetal Medicine physician. My academic background includes significant experience as a tutor for both high school and college-level courses. Additionally, my work as a Psychology Teaching Assistant (TA) sharpened my skills in English, writing, and clear communication, which are vital for all subjects. My tutoring philosophy is built on empowerment and understanding. Inspired by my coaching with the Girls on the Run program, I create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I believe students learn best when they are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and confidently learn from mistakes. I am committed to helping your student not only master the material but also build the resilience and critical thinking necessary for long-term academic success.
