I am a momma bear, which is where my patience, love, and nurturing traits kick in. I am 29 and have numerous years of experience with all ages including special needs children. Growing up with my cousin T., I knew she needed extra attention and affirmation. From low muscle tone, eating disorders, temper tantrums, fixation, ADHD, Autism etc I have learned some awesome skills. I have been blessed to see life through my cousins eyes of joy and appreciation for the little things in life. During my time in CA, I volunteered at RAD Camp, which is a volunteer run non-profit organization for children and adults with developmental disabilities. As well as many great memories teaching religious education to the adorable 3-7-year-olds at church. I now have the opportunity to use all my talents with new families. :) I have also been back grounded by 32 local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in order to work for my husband's PI company.

Carissa was absolutely fantastic and was great with my son who is on the spectrum. Her duties included facilitating remote learning for my son as well as overall childcare. She was creative, thoughtful, and patient. Carissa blended right in with my family and I felt comfortable having her work with my son.
