I started taking care of my siblings from a very young age all throughout my teenage years. My parents worked full-time jobs so it was second nature to me. One thing you should know about me is that I'm very patient and understanding when it comes to children (all ages). I find that children have always connected to my personality and good spirit. I let the children know in my interactions with them, that I am an extension of their home when they're parents leave. I am there to make them feel secure and comfortable. I believe a quality babysitter puts children as their first priority, especially their safety, is a positive role model, and assists the children in coming up with fun and exciting activities so the night is a fun and positive experience! Hello to whom it may concern parents through care.com I wanted to share with you briefly about Carla. I give her a rating of a five-star caregiver because she is an incredible person from the inside out. She loves to help others care for them very compassionate, forgiving, kind, and loving a great example for children to see and follow and also a very beautiful example of a kind and compassionate heart someone who you want to have to be with your children, she is great with children with special needs in particular and children of all ages. She meets them where they’re at. She’s very patient and cares about them truly and so if I were to recommend anyone, it would be her 100% you’ll never regret it with Carla. We love you, Carla.
