About Carla

With over 12 years in home care, I bring extensive experience in support of elderly clients. I have worked with numerous different home care agencies working in independent living and assisted living delivering compassionate and reliable care. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient, and trustworthy. I like caring for seniors because I find it rewarding to provide support compassion, and dignity to those who may need help in their later years. I'm drawn to home care because it allows me to build personal, trusting relationships with clients while providing hands on care that improves their quality of life. I started caring for seniors in 2000 when I obtained my HHA CERTIFICATE. One thing you should know about me as a caregiver is that strive to create a safe and positive environment, and I pay close attention to both physical needs and emotional well-being. My skills include CPR certified and trained, dementia care, and wonderful cooking skills haha !
