Hi! My name is Carley, and I'm a 23-year-old aspiring social worker with a heartfelt passion for caring for children. I have over three years of hands-on experience as a nanny, specializing in nurturing infants as young as 3 months old. During this time, I've developed a deep understanding of early childhood needs, a warm and loving approach, and excellent communication skills to ensure a strong partnership with parents. I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Social Work at University, which reflects my dedication to making a positive impact on children and families. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from State University. My academic background, combined with my nannying experience, allows me to bring a unique and thoughtful approach to caregiving.
