About Carlie

I began nannying during the summer between my junior and senior year of college, starting by babysitting for close friends, family, and neighbors. As I built a strong, trustworthy reputation, word gradually spread, and I now nanny and babysit on and off for 40-50 different families. Across the 40-50 families I work with, I've cared for children ranging from as young as 6 months old to teenagers aged 13-14, with every age in between. Each child brings unique personalities, behaviors, and needs, and I adapt my priorities, energy, and approach to ensure they feel safe, supported, and cared for. I consistently babysit for 20-30 families and am truly grateful to be trusted with such an important part of their lives.
