About Carli

As someone with a bachelor's degree in psychology and furthering my studies in the field, I am fascinated with how we as humans grow and develop. With an understanding of how formative the childhood years are, I aim to support the development of each child I care for in every way I possibly can. I take a nurturing and individualized approach to caregiving, as I realize each child has unique needs depending on their developmental age, personality, and circumstances. I am grateful to get to do something I find so enjoyable and intrinsically rewarding. It is truly a privilege to get to be a part of a child's life and have the opportunity to make a positive difference. I am immensely grateful to the families who have entrusted me with the care of their little ones over the years.
