About Carly

Hi! I'm Carly, and I have over 5 years of experience working with children from 6 months to 8 years old, including one-on-one support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I've worked closely with children on the autism spectrum and those with developmental needs, always bringing a calm, patient, and encouraging energy to every interaction. Before becoming a nanny, I grew up helping my mom run her in-home daycare-so caring for kids has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I truly enjoy creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can grow, play, and feel confident. I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and routines like bedtime or homework. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I focus on building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.
