About Carly

Hi! My name is Carly, I'm 21 years old and a mom to a sweet 2-month-old baby. Becoming a mom has deepened my love for working with children and strengthened my patience, attentiveness, and understanding of each child's unique needs. I have over 5 years of childcare experience, including student teaching, before and after school care, babysitting/nannying, and 1-on-1 respite care/ABA therapy. I've worked with children ranging from infants to middle school age, and I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. I'm known for being patient, reliable, and easy to communicate with, and I truly enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with both children and families. Ideally, I'm looking for a position where I may be able to bring my son with me. I understand the importance of maintaining high-quality care and attention for your child, and I'm confident in my ability to balance both in a positive and structure environment.
