People in need rarely ar lucky enough to find the perfect person to aide them in their time of need. Carmen literally had wings! She assisted my dear friends of over 40 years from February until October 2025. She was compassionate, caring, discreet, humorous, proactive and a joy in every way. she treated my friends in their declining health with dignity, understanding and superior care. She kept my friends clean, well nourished, groomed and properly medicated. She listen to their stories, offered additional help and kept them in good spirits. Both of my friends passed away several months apart, but she made their passings comfortable, safe and cared for. She even took on 24 hour care for my friend in her last weeks to be there full time as they had forged a lovely bond and she was committed to be there with her to the end. Carmen is honest, kind, smart, caring and everything one could hope for in senior care. I would give her 6 stars if your reviews allowed them!!!
