About Carmen

I'd describe my personality as dependable, friendly and compassionate. I like working with kids because they always give me great joy. There's also great joy in knowing that I am a small part of their incredible growth! I'm looking for a job that has a warm and nice family that needs assistance in taking care of their wonderful children! I started working with kids when I was 17 years old and I will be turning 23 in a few months. This will be my fifth year working with children and I don't regret one second of it! Currently in graduate school for school psychology! In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends because they mean the world to me! I have a huge family, so I am very family oriented. My skills include being a great communicator and listener. Another child care skill I have is finding creative ways to help them learn and grow. Another skill of mine is that I am great at managing multiple children at once!
