About Carmen

As a graduate student in school psychology, I have a strong understanding of how children learn and which evidence-based strategies support academic success. While I don't have formal tutoring experience, I've worked closely with students in school settings, supporting their learning through targeted interventions and one-on-one support. I'm patient, encouraging, and committed to helping each child feel confident and capable. I can assist with reading, writing, and math for elementary and middle school students, and I adapt my approach to fit each learner's unique needs. I'm passionate about making learning both effective and enjoyable in a safe, supportive environment.
