Carmen was wonderful with our 15-month-old. She was punctual, communicative, and very warm and positive with him. She followed our instructions for his routine carefully and made us feel confident he was well cared for. As a thoughtful touch, she even tidied up his playroom before leaving. We truly appreciate her reliability and the calm, caring presence she brings to our home. I highly recommend her for occasional babysitting and/or nanny.
