We had a positive initial experience with Carmen. She came to our home, met with us and our son, and we had a detailed conversation about the job. She told us she wanted the position and even discussed her availability and the days she could work. She also began the onboarding process. However, shortly after all of this, she became completely unresponsive and stopped replying to our texts and messages. It was disappointing and confusing, especially after such a strong start and clear interest on her part.
