About Carmen

From early babysitting experiences, I knew I enjoyed being a care taker of children. I have four years of experience caring for children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. I formally was a full time personal assistant/ nanny. I also have volunteered with Big Brother Big Sister of Washtenaw County as a mentor. I enjoy engaging kids with outdoor sports, board games, and even some fun educational apps. I'm creative, friendly, and energetic. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, and I always follow parents' preferred communication methods. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets. I am comfortable taking care of 3 or more kids at a time. I look forward to bringing my enthusiasm and experience to your family.
