Carmen is very responsible, reliable, and dependable. I hired her to give my mom her insulin doses when I wasn’t home and she always arrived to help and was flexible even during unexpected emergencies. Truly appreciate her help!

Carmen is reliable, professional & skilled as a senior care giver for my father who has dementia.  She has the patience & experience needed to effectively manage & care for someone with this diagnosis.  Tasks include companionship, taking blood pressure, bathing, dressing, taking him for walks & to the gym, light housekeeping & giving medication.  She has been a huge help navigating my dad through this journey.

Carmen helped me in a time of great need.  Summer of 2023 while my mother was visiting me in NYC - she became ill.  Carmen was professional, compassionate, friendly and warm. She was firm when my mom needed it - to take walks outside and get fresh air and exercise - and understanding when my mom was in pain.   I am very grateful to have had her help at a critical time and would hire her again!  

Carmen is an amazingly kind and loving caregiver, helping my dad with Dementia do groceries, cook, taking him out, providing company, taking him to the doctor, helping with showers, and working with his mobility issues. 

She is responsible, timely and shows up to do her best every day.

Carmen came into our lives recently to help us navigate care and transportation for our mother who is undergoing chemo treatment.  Mom is extremely independent so Carmen was the first caregiver she agreed to have in her home.  She is professional and compassionate and her positive attitude make her a joy to work with. Although we are unable to offer Carmen a F/T position, we are happy that we can rely on her.  

My brother and I hired Carmen to provide p/t care for our mother. She was the first senior caregiver for the home, so It was a huge and challenging adjustment. Over time Carmen's persistence, positive attitude, and sense of humor won our mother over. She strikes a nice balance between working with our mother to continue to do what she can for herself and being firm when necessary to meet our mother's healthcare needs. Carmen is a strong communicator and keeps our mom informed about everything she does, while contacting us in a timely and professional manner as things arise. Carmen has really made our lives easier as we adjust to having a mother who can't take care of herself like she used to.

Carmen is a dedicated worker.  She arrives on time and makes sure we get to our destination safely.  Carmen goes above and beyond to make sure I get home safely.

Carmen came into our lives at a critical time and has been nothing short of transformative. Her expertise, patience and professionalism are extraordinary and we are very grateful for have her. We look forward to working with her for a long time to come and value her transparency and deep commitment to care.

We were in sudden need for extended day care for our aunt who was suffering from mental illness.  Carmen was able to start quickly and helped us arrange care on the weekends to complement her weekday care.  She was able to handle the daily needs of our loved one including giving her her meds, preparing foods, taking her out of the house, and trying to reassure all of her worries (which is no easy feat.).  She was respectful and communicative with us as well.

Carmen helped my father out who has dementia. I was able to rely on her to fill his medications for the week, pick up prescriptions, take Dad for a walk, keep him engaged and make sure he had a meal in the evening. Dad had another care taker as well but much preferred his days with Carmen, I would hire her again.

Like all relationships, bringing a care giver into our Mother's home comes with all new challenges. Carmen wasn't the first, but she has proven to be the best. I will continue to update our reviews as time goes by.  Thank you so much Carmen.

We have very impatient and slightly rude family member.  Carmen has been able to manage her in ways that other caregivers simply walked away.... Carmen somehow figures out how to manage her personality, bathe her, assist with bathroom issues, feed and care for her overnight. She has the patience we need and the ability to motivate. Additionally, she is good with communication sending us videos of her walking, eating and progress as we do not live locally. #HIRENOW
