I hold a college degree medical assistant diploma and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. I'm skilled in respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I carefully incorporate memory care activities and know how to de-escalate stressful situations. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me.
