I have experience providing strong customer service by assisting students, customers, and clients in person, over the phone, and through email. I am reliable and organized, As an after-class aide, I supported students with homework and behavior management while helping with extracurricular activities and I also assisted with office tasks, supervised students during after-care programs, and helped create a safe, positive environment. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication skills, responsibility, and the ability to work well with others.
