Hello families of Pittsburgh! I am new here. I moved here for a change of pace from my small town. I have previously lived and worked in urban areas, but most recently I have lived in my hometown for the last 12 years. I am a special education teacher currently for 8th grade. I've taught many different age groups and worked in many different capacities over the course of my 10+ years in education. There is very little that could surprise me when it comes to working with people. I've worked in-homes as a caregiver for elderly patients and patients put on hospice. I have had dogs my whole and thoroughly enjoy caring for them. I'm not married and I don't have kids so I have a range of availability if I am out of school. I am an open book so please feel free to ask me anything. I look forward speaking with you all!
