I have been a certified Special Education Teacher for 2 years and have had over 10 years of experience working with adults and children with and without disabilities. I am thorough in my scope and approach to teaching and can modify and accommodate information so that it is easily understood. I regularly create my own resources using research- based teaching strategies. I believe in using an approach that focuses on as many modalities (visual, kin-esthetic, tactile and verbal). I have many of my own resources and my passion is in teaching. I graduated from both Joliet Junior College and Lewis University with Highest Honors and a 4.0 GPA.
