Simply put, Carolina is exceptional. Nanny, caregiver - these are not titles that capture who she is in the life of a child and their family. In our case, first and foremost, Carolina is family and remains a huge part of our life and the lives of our children (now school age) but still see her twice a week to get in their "Kiki" time. She is also a partner and guru when it comes to raising, caring for, and educating children (and parents) from infancy and beyond. She was instrumental in the rearing of our first child (at 3 months), not only in how she exercised her profound knowledge of child development but also in how she helped us learn to be better more effective parents - always with a gentle, empathetic and assuring touch. This carried over when we had our second child for which Carolina's zen like approach to child rearing (and life in general) made the challenging transition from one child to two far smoother thanks to her confidence, assurance, experience and guidance.
