20 years of experience have fueled my passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My background includes some college. In previous roles, I've had positive experiences caring for adults and seniors, and I desire to continue making a positive impact on their lives. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families using written daily reports, verbal updates, and by following their preferred communication methods. Understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history is important to me. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion. I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I have current CPR and First Aid certifications. Helping your loved ones live their best lives would be my honor.
